Special Meeting Minutes
The Newtown Cultural Arts Commission held a meeting on Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at the Mangiafico residence, 12 Merlins Lane, Newtown, CT.
Members Present: Jennifer Johnston, Donna Mangiafico, Robert Rabinowitz, Donna Monteleone Randle, and Jennifer Rogers
Members Absent: Sharon Cohen, Ted Kreinik, and Rob Kaiser
Auxiliary Members Present: None
Guests: Andrea Spencer
Jennifer Johnston called the meeting to order at 8:30 PM.
It was agreed to submit an application for non-profit membership to the Newtown Chamber of Commerce. It was also agreed to pay out the funds for the membership fee in the amount of $75.00.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
